In today’s world, many doctors are drawn to full-arch procedures because they’re seen as “high-ticket” cases. But success in full-arch dentistry starts with understanding prosthetics—before implant placement is ever planned.
This course will teach you how to properly plan your cases and evaluate whether implant positioning can provide the correct AP spread for your patients. Using 3DDX digitally guided surgical guides, Dr. Burke will demonstrate both the power and the limitations of guided surgery.
While guides are excellent tools, every clinician must be prepared for when things don’t go as planned. Just as a pilot must know how to fly the plane if autopilot fails, you must know how to safely proceed if a guide is off. Dr. Burke will show you how to properly flap and expose anatomical landmarks so you can adapt confidently in surgery.
This course is strict, strategic, and safety-focused. Its purpose is to maximize your learning, protect your patients, and help you recognize your own limitations—so you know when to treat and when to refer. Over time, this approach will build the skills you need to handle complications and provide the best outcomes for your patients.
